St David’s Hospice Care aims to be a friendly, warm hospice at the heart of the local community with a large range of expert services to support patients, their families and friends, both in the Hospice and in the community.
St David’s Hospice Care welcomes and provides care to everyone.

The majority of our care is provided in the patient’s own home, with support from our day hospices. A small number of patients may need admission to our In-Patient Hospice.
We also offer training to health professionals from across the local communities through our Education programme. We work closely with all our NHS colleagues, particularly GP’s and District Nurses.

Bereavement Care
The St David’s Hospice Bereavement Service is for anybody who has recently experienced the loss of a loved one.
Spiritual Care
The St David’s Hospice Spiritual Care Team can offer you peace and comfort through challenging times.
In-Patient Care
St David’s Hospice Care In-Patient Unit provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care to hundreds of local people each year. Patients benefit from round-the-clock care, tailored to their individual needs and wishes.
Care at Home
Many patients would prefer to stay at home during their illness. The St David’s Hospice Care Community Team can offer you specialist advice and support in your own home.
