Community Events
Fancy running your own event? Whether you're a school, individual or a workplace, you can host your own event in aid of St David's Hospice Care.
St David’s Events, Hosted by You.
Did you know, as well as taking part in events, you can also help St David’s Hospice Care by organising your own fundraising event? As well as having fun, you will be helping towards the care of patients and their families living locally. Individuals & Groups can get involved in arranging their own events to raise much-needed funds for St David’s Hospice Care and we are happy to help where ever we can. Ask us for general advice and feel free to request a collection box, tin or bucket.
St David’s Hospice Care is extremely fortunate to receive support from the local community. Our services are provided free of charge and funded by you in the community. It costs over £9 million per year to fund our running costs and we appreciate all of your support. As an event host, we will always provide you with a certificate to thank you for all of your hard work and will endeavour to attend your event if requested.
As well as listing supporters events we have developed a series of campaigns which the community can engage with in order to raise the funds required. We welcome all new ideas and will do our upmost to support you.

Please bring plants ready to sell, marked with their name, and ideally with a price as well – in round pounds or 50p would be easiest. While you are there, please buy another plant (or two, or three, bring lots of coins and friends...)
Cakes and tea/coffees will also be available, and donations of cakes are, as always, very welcome.
Remember to bring carrier bags to carry all your plants home…
