From corporate sponsorship to running school events, there are loads of ways you can help us in your every day life.

Become a Corporate Sponsor

Nominating to support St David’s Hospice Care benefits both parties.

As one of our sponsors, your company receives positive exposure via various promotions and media channels – and you and your staff have the opportunity to become involved with the local community through your work and support of the Hospice.

If you are interested in becoming a Corporate Sponsor for St David’s Hospice Care we would love to hear from you. For more information please contact Kris Broome on 01633 851051.

Make us your Charity of the Year

Many companies demonstrate their social awareness by adopting a charity as their ‘Charity of the Year’. We are grateful to the following companies for electing to support St David’s Hospice Care. The funds that they raise are a vital source of funding for the provision of hospice care throughout the community.

If you are considering electing St David’s Hospice Care as your Charity of the Year we would love to hear from you.

Schools & Colleges

Raising funds for a good cause, or even coming up with quick fundraising ideas for schools and colleges can be a big part of the curriculum. It’s also a great way to show pupils the value of doing things for others, creating or strengthening ties with the local community, and it’s also a great opportunity for the whole organisation to have some fun.

When you fundraise for St David’s Hospice Care you help us be there for those who most in need at what is the most difficult time of their lives.

From bake sales to bike rides, marathons to mufti days, there's a fundraising idea for you.

Donate Day

A simple idea that reaps great rewards for St David’s Hospice Care is a ‘Donate Day’. Companies, groups, or schools etc. designate a specific day on which everyone brings in their unwanted items to donate to our Charity. That’s it!

The items are collected together, and we will call to collect them for resale in one of our Charity’s shops. We will help you to organise your Donate Day, with tips for promotion and collection.

Matched Funding

Many companies throughout the UK offer employees the chance to boost their fundraising efforts by 'matching' the money they raise. We always encourage our supporters to check with their employers to see if they could double the amount of cash it raises.

What is match funding?

Match giving, or match funding, is a simple way to maximise the fundraising efforts of an individual. It is an informal, albeit corporate, arrangement between a company and an employee. Usually, a company pledges to match a sum of money relating to the amount the employee has either raised or donated to a charity. It is likely that there will be an upper limit and certain criteria applied. Some companies will pledge time and resources instead of money, enabling their employees to support a cause during their working week. Also, tangible services may be offered, such as the opportunity to print materials or offer training resources etc.
