After this time registration will close and you will not be able to register.
Racing will start from 8.00am. Individual start / wave times will be on the website in the week prior to the event.
You will receive your goody bag, which will include 2 race numbers. These must be worn on the front of your running top and the back of your cycling top. In case of an emergency please write any medical conditions you have on the back of your race number and put a cross on the front. Do not fold the numbers and pin them in each corner.

If you are wearing a number belt, use both numbers back to back as this gives it more weight and helps prevent the number from flapping around.
You will also receive 2 numbered stickers. These must be clearly displayed on your bike and the front of your helmet for identification purposes.
Your timing chip will be issued at registration when you sign in.

The National Diving and Activity Centre is located on the A48 near to Chepstow.
