Hedyn are the new Dalmatian Bike Ride title sponsor

We are thrilled to share that Hedyn has committed to being the headline sponsor of the St David's Hospice Dalmatian bike ride for the next three years.

Hedyn’s ethos is all about connecting local communities and St David’s Hospice care operates in every local authority area of their communities, touching the lives of many of the residents, colleagues, partners, and friends.

Hedyn is a housing association, with over 15,000 properties in five local authority areas in Wales, including Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Newport, Powys, and Torfaen. Their vision is connected communities where everyone can live well. They provide homes, support, and opportunities to give everyone the foundation they need to build a brighter future.

 “Hedyn have committed to sponsor the Dalmatian Bike Ride for three years – our ethos is connected communities and St David’s is a fitting charity for us to support. Many people have experienced the loss of a relative or friend who had a life limiting condition and I’ve seen first-hand how excellent the care that St David’s gives to support people is. As a charity they can’t do this great work without the continued need to fundraise, and our support enables them to do this.”

St David’s Hospice care, provide care for over 3,500 patients every year, completely free of charge, at a cost of over £15,000 per day. The sponsorship will help ensure vital funds are guaranteed for the next three years, helping keep the hospice running, whilst connecting communities, family and friends through a fun family day.
