On the weekend of 12th July, Claire, Sam, Nikki and Angelina took on an incredible fundraising challenge - the 'Marathon Walk of the Mighty Coastal Norfolk Path'. Raising vital funds for the hospice, in loving memory of our wonderful colleague and friend Anj Claire, Sam, Nikki and Angelina share: "We did it, over 2 days we covered 26 miles (plus a few extra, wrong turn at the end!) of the Norfolk Coastline from Cromer to Holkham Hall about 65,00 steps each, and overall, about 10 hours of nonstop chatter, remembering our beautiful friend Angela. The weather was warm but cloudy perfect walking conditions, there was lots of laughter and a few tears as we were touched with the kindness of some wonderful people we met on our journey. Anj was in our hearts and with us every step of the way" An outstanding £2,507 has been raised for the hospice, that will make a huge difference - we are so very grateful |
