Adam Jones, Welsh Rugby Union and Lions rugby legend and St David's Hospice Care patron, will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon 2026!

He started his running journey to get in shape and lose a bit of weight but has decided to increase his distance and go for a half marathon as his next big challenge. He's using the opportunity to raise funds for two amazing charities, St David's Hospice Care and Prostate Cymru.
