Registration Times
- Platinum 102 mile route – Registration from 6:45am with a rolling start at 7:30am.
- Gold 81 mile route - Registration from 7:15am with a rolling start at 8:00am.
- Silver 59 mile route - Registration from 8:15am with a rolling start at 9:00am.
- Bronze 32 mile route – Registration from 9:15am with a mass start at 10:00am.
Please note: This is not a closed road event. All cyclists are asked to finish their ride by 17:00pm. If riders pull out of the ride, please notify event control.

Tour de Gwent Cycling Rules & Regulations
- Riders take full responsibility for themselves for the duration of the event.
- A helmet must be worn at all times if cycling.
- Riders are expected to abide by the Highway Code.
- Riders to be mindful and respectful of pedestrians and other riders.
- By taking part I confirm that I will not be suffering from any disability or medical condition, whether physical or mental, which could affect my ability to participate safely in this event.
- By taking part I will agree to participate in this event entirely at my own risk.
- By taking part I will abide by the advice of the organisers (Hospice Event Team) together with Marshals and Medical Team.
- By taking part I will agree to rely on my own ability in recognising and reacting to all hazards along the route.
