Run (or walk) at the Speed of Light!
Wear your brightest colours and get decked out in as many lights as possible to help us light up the night in support of hospice care. Below is some information about the event and what you can expect.

Entry fee
- Adult (16+) - £10
- Child - £5
- Family (2 adults & up to 3 children) - £25
What’s included?
- Entertainment throughout the event
- A glow stick for each participant!
- Registration opens at 18:00
- The run, jog, or walk starts at 19:00
- It’s a circular route that starts and finishes at Tredegar Park, Newport
- Participants encouraged to wear bright neon coloured clothing and lights!
- All participants will receive an exclusive 2025 Glow Dash medal
- Free parking available at the Intellectual Property Office.
- Limited parking is available at Tredegar park although charges apply.
