Entry fee
- Adult (16+) - £12.50
- Child - £5 (Under 16s to be accompanied by an adult)
- Family (2 adults & up to 3 children) - £30
What’s included?
- Fun warm up at the start
- Entertainment throughout the event
- A glow stick for each participant!
- Registration opens at 18:15
- The run, jog, or walk starts at 19:00
- It’s a circular route that starts and finishes at Tredegar Park, Newport
- Participants encouraged to wear bright neon coloured clothing and lights!
- All participants will receive an exclusive 2026 Glow Dash medal
- Parking is available at Tredegar park although charges apply

- By taking part I will confirm that I am not suffering from any disability or medical condition, whether physical or mental, which could affect my ability to participate safely in this event.
- By taking part I will agree to participate in this event entirely at my own risk.
- By taking part I will abide by the advice of the organisers (Hospice Event Team) together with Marshals and Medical Team.
- By Taking part I agree to rely on my own ability in recognising and reacting to all hazards along the route.

Can I bring a dog?
Yes, dogs are allowed but we ask for short leads and request you aim to be at the back of the field
Are mobility scooters permitted?
Yes, we kindly ask that any mobility scooters travel at the back of the field (Health & safety – due to the width of the path)
