- Children (4 to 15 years) - £10

A vibrant, family-friendly event packed with entertainment and surprises along the way!
Entry fee's
- Adult (16+) - £12.50
- Child - £5 (Under 16s to be accompanied by an adult)
- Family (2 adults & up to 3 children) - £30
What’s included?
- Fun warm up at the start
- Entertainment throughout the event
- A glow stick for each participant!
- All participants will receive an exclusive 2026 Glow Dash medal
- Parking is available at Tredegar park although charges may apply

- By taking part I will confirm that I am not suffering from any disability or medical condition, whether physical or mental, which could affect my ability to participate safely in this event.

Can I bring a dog?
Yes, dogs are allowed but we ask for short leads and request you aim to be at the back of the field
Are mobility scooters permitted?
Yes, we kindly ask that any mobility scooters travel at the back of the field (Health & safety – due to the width of the path)
