What to expect:
It will be requested of you that a donation be given to the raffle in support of St David's Hospice Care. A St David's Hospice Care volunteer will collect this on the day.
You will be able to arrive from 7:30am, please do not arrive any earlier. You can unload and once you have unloaded, you will be required to move your car into the car parking.
If you would like to request a specific spot, please add to the comment section on the booking form.
Complimentary Wi-Fi
Please limit people on the stall to no more than 2
Terms & Conditions:
Please make payment upon booking.
Please email fundraising@stdavidshospicecare.org with all relevant paperwork including but not limited to Public Liability Insurance etc. Please provide these as soon as possible after booking to secure your spot - failure to provide all relevant paperwork may lead to cancellation of your booking.
If we are unable to accept your booking (for example, if we have multiple items similar. We will refund you the amount paid to the card that was used to make the payment.)
Unless specified in booking St David's team will allocate your space.
Please refrain from packing up before 4pm.
St David's Hospice Care team has the right to refund entries without reason.
We are unable to offer refunds should you change your mind or become unavailable. We can transfer your entry to another year/or event.
