The Sand to City Bike Ride 2022 will start on Friday 24th June at Tenby and finish in Newport on Saturday 25th June.
We’ve revised the route once again to make sure you have the best possible ride and to keep it fresh and exciting.

Entry Fee
- £150 entry fee that includes the following:
- 1 x Cycling Jersey
- Van support throughout the two days (Mechanical/first aid support inclusive)
Friday
- Transport to Tenby by bus
- Breakfast on the Friday morning
- Feed stations throughout the day
- Hotel Meal on Friday Night
- Hotel accommodation for Friday night with use of facilities
Saturday
- Breakfast on the Saturday morning
- Feed stations throughout the day
- Celebration finish buffet in Newport at the Day Hospice
Fundraising
- We ask that each rider raises a minimum amount of sponsorship at £250. All funds raised will fund the free services provided by the Hospice.
